In 2024, Jeff discovered a stunning six-acre lot in Rogers, Minnesota, and knew it was the perfect setting for his newest model home. More than just another build, it was a chance to show what makes Jeff different as a builder — a hands-on approach, careful planning, and a commitment to doing things the right way. To share that process, we decided to document the entire build from start to finish.
Over the next eight months, every step was filmed, capturing the decisions, challenges, and craftsmanship behind a truly custom home. The result is a 16-part video series called Building Brockton Lane, where you can follow the journey and hear Jeff’s commentary at the end of each episode explaining the key decisions made along the way.
